Ryze Analytics is a product of Ryze MENA ("we", "our", "us"). We operate the analytics platform accessible at ryze-analytics.com and its subdomains. Our registered contact email is sales@ryze-group.com.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: Name, email address, and password when you register for an account.
• Business data: Order data, customer records, product information, shipment records, and campaign performance data synced from your connected e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Salla, Zid) and advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok).
• End-user data: Personal information about your customers (names, email addresses, phone numbers, purchase history) that is transmitted to us via your connected platforms. This data is processed on your behalf.
• Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken within the platform.
• Advertising data: Campaign performance metrics, impressions, clicks, spend, and conversion data from connected ad accounts.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, operate, and improve the Ryze Analytics platform.
• To display analytics dashboards, reports, and insights to you.
• To sync data from your connected platforms and keep it up to date.
• To send product updates, security notices, and support communications.
• To measure ad performance on your behalf when you connect advertising accounts (e.g. Meta Ads API).
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Meta Ads Data

When you connect your Meta Ads account, Ryze Analytics accesses your advertising data via the Meta Marketing API. This includes campaign, ad set, and ad performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS), and audience insights and attribution data.

This data is used exclusively to display analytics and insights within your Ryze Analytics dashboard. We do not sell, share, or use this data for any purpose other than providing the service to you. Data obtained via Meta APIs is not used to train machine learning models or shared with third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security on all database tables, and access controls. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure provider.
• Vercel: Hosting and deployment platform.
• Third-party platforms you authorize: Data is fetched from platforms you explicitly connect (Shopify, Meta, etc.).
• Legal authorities: When required by applicable law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, disconnect any integrated platform, and revoke OAuth permissions at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at sales@ryze-group.com.

8. International Transfers

Our primary customer base is in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region and globally. Data is stored in EU-based infrastructure. By using our platform, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in accordance with this policy.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
