By accessing or using Ryze Analytics ("the Service"), operated by Ryze MENA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Ryze Analytics is a SaaS analytics platform for e-commerce businesses. It connects to your store platforms, advertising accounts, and logistics providers to provide unified reporting and insights. The Service is accessible at ryze-analytics.com and its subdomains.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer any part of the Service, process data you don't have rights to, or resell access without written consent.
The Service connects to third-party platforms (Shopify, Meta Ads, Salla, Zid, etc.) via OAuth and APIs. By connecting these platforms, you authorize us to access data on your behalf. You remain responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service.
You retain ownership of all data you bring into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your business data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
All intellectual property in the Service belongs to Ryze MENA. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryze MENA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease and we will delete your data within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
