Our story

Commerce intelligence for teams
that need answers, not dashboards.

Ryze Analytics turns fragmented commerce data, including orders, ad spend, sessions, WhatsApp, and fulfilment, into one trustworthy source of truth so teams in the Gulf and beyond can act on numbers they can defend.

Why we exist

Most teams drown in dashboards and still can't answer the basic question.

How much did that campaign really make us? Which customers actually stay? Ryze was built because the honest answer usually lived across five disconnected tools. By the time someone stitched it together, the moment to act had passed.

1
One source of truth

Every source lands in one normalized model. Charts on every page read the same numbers through the same query path.

2
One customer, stitched

Cross-device identity resolution means a person seen on Meta, TikTok and your app counts as one, not three.

3
One answer, defensible

MMP-grade attribution windows, real-cost profit, and forecasts you can audit month over month.

What we believe

The principles behind the product

One model, every vertical

We built a single, vertical-agnostic data model. Whether it is commerce, banking, telco or lifestyle, a new business line is three inserts, not a rebuild. That discipline is why our answers stay consistent no matter where the data comes from.

Identity is the hard part

A shopper on web, a tap on iOS, and a login on Android all represent one person. Our identity graph fuses them into a single customer so attribution, retention and lifetime value are counted once, correctly.

Honest numbers over pretty ones

We never invent a margin to make a dashboard look richer. Profit is revenue minus real, declared costs. If we cannot prove a number, we label it Unknown rather than dress it up.

Regulated-grade by default

Row-level tenant isolation, immutable audit trails and per-workspace encryption ship on day one. We hold ourselves to the standards our banking customers are audited against.

Built for the region

Multi-currency, Arabic-first RTL, KSA Ramadan seasonality in the forecasting engine, and PDPL compliance for the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We are a MENA company solving MENA problems.

Answers, not dashboards

Anyone on the team can ask a question in plain language and get a defensible answer with the query behind it. Analytics should not require a data team to translate.
